3 T argus Click N T ype Congratu lations on your purcha se of the T argus Click N T ype. The Cli ck N T ype is a conv enient and ultra-p ortab le keyboa rd and mouse for your PDA. W ith the C lick N T ype you ca n: • Ente r text dire ctl y into your PDA.
4 3 Insert the driver soft ware CD-ROM into your compu ter ’ s CD-ROM dri ve. 4 Click Start , Run , then enter D:Set up.exe (where D: is the path of your CD-ROM dr ive) a nd then clic k OK . 5 Connecting the Clic k N T ype to Yo u r P D A Once you ha ve installe d the drive r , you can conn ect the C lick N T ype to your PDA. T o do this: 1 T urn off your PDA (if i t’ s turned on). 2 Hold you r PDA in one ha nd and the Cl ick N T ype in your other h and.
6 3 Align your PDA with th e keyb oard con nector, located a t the top of the Cl ick N T ype. Ali gning your PDA with the keyboa rd co nnec tor 4 Gently sl ide your PDA into th e keyboa rd conn ector until you hear a “clic k.” When you c onnect t he Click N T yp e, your PDA automatic ally turns on and you can begin typing .
7 Disconnecting the Clic k N T ype T o discon nect the Clic k N T ype fr om y our PDA : 1 T urn off your PDA (if i t’ s turned on). 2 Press th e relea se bu tton, loc ated on the ba ck of the ke yboard , and gentl y pull your PDA away from the Clic k N T y pe, sliding it out of the keyboard connecto r .
