12 CHEESE PEAR DELIGHT 6 cups Pear juic e or nectar 1 (6 oz.) Packag e apricot gelatin 1 (3 oz.) Orange gelatin 1 (8 oz.) Cream cheese ¾ cup Crushed vanilla wafers Heat juic e to a boil. Add apricot and orange gelatins, stirring until dissolved . Refrige rate until it is partially set.

Cayenne peppe r Combine puree, vinegar, and suga r. Tie the whole spices in a chee se cloth bag and add to the to mato mixture.
