Servicing Platform should fit securely under the unit and raise its wheels off the servicing surface.

If necessary, re-seat or replace seals. 4. Check valve action on Clear Water Tank a nd Solution Tank by depressing them with your finger.

Manually rotate motor shaft to determine that motor, brush and pu mp are moving smoothly and quietly. 9. Remove any debris which may be hinder ing the free movement of these components.

Handles must be reassembled to ensure that hoses are not pinched. 2. Clear any blockages in the heater inlet and outlet lines with a finishing nail or similar object.

Remove spray tips from guides. 4. Remove the brush and cog belt by removing th e screw from the orange retaining collar.
