63 BusinessPhone – Dialog 4223 Professional / Dialog 3213 Messages Forward a V oice message Y our received V oice messages (in the Individual or Common Mailbox) can be forwarded to othe r Mailbox numbers (Individual or Common). When you forward a V oi ce message to an Individual Mailbox, the Mailbox number is th e same as the extension number .
Messages BusinessPhone – Dialog 4223 Professional / Dialog 32 13 64 Common Mailbox system If you divert your telephone to a Common Mailbox, the callers are able to leave messages there. The differ ence between your Individual Mailbox and a Common one is that a Common Mailbox can be used by more than one user .

69 BusinessPhone – Dialog 4223 Professional / Dialog 3213 Messages Dictaphone function If you want to recor d and retrieve personal V oice messages you can use the Dictaphone function. A Dictaphone message is treated as a normal message. How to retrieve Dictaphone messages, see section “ Check and store r ece ived messages ” on page 61.

71 BusinessPhone – Dialog 4223 Professional / Dialog 3213 Security Security Y ou can use your four -digit Password for blocking your phone from unauthorized use , for making ex ter nal calls from any blocked extension, for entering the Message system or when you are using the DISA function.

Group Featur es BusinessPhone – Dialog 4223 Professional / Dialog 32 13 76 Loudspeaker Paging Y ou can page all ext ensions in a group and give a V oice message. Paging Ô Press (pr e-progr ammed). All extens ions in a gr oup are cal led. Paging Õ Ô Pr ess again and hold the key (pre-programmed).

In a hunt group all members are r epresented with one common directory number . 16 hunt grou ps can be programmed, each containing 1 to 20 members.

It provides a general view of all the (supplementary) services available from the public net which are supported by the system.
ISDN Facilities BusinessPhone – Dialog 4223 Professional / Dialog 32 13 80 Answer an incoming call from an ISDN-line A ringing signal and a flashing la mp indicate an inco ming call, answer the call in the normal way . One of the following four cases will occur .
81 BusinessPhone – Dialog 4223 Professional / Dialog 3213 ISDN Facilities Make an external call on an ISDN-line Establish an external call in the normal way . If the called party is also connected to a digital trunk line, your public number is shown on the called party’ s display .

Settings BusinessPhone – Dialog 4223 Professional / Dialog 32 13 96 Settings If you requ ire frequent use of certai n functions, you may program them on the Dual-Function keys on the te lephone and the key panel. When you want to use the fu nction, just press the key .
