Introduction THE APPLIANCE BECOMES VERY HOT DURING USE. OVEN GLOVES SHOULD ALWAYS BE WORN. THE NAMEPLATE WITH THE TECHNICAL D ATA, SERIAL NUMBER AND MARK IS IN A VISIBLE POSITION ON THE SIDE OF THE OVEN. THIS NAMEPLATE MUST NEVER BE REM OVED. THE APPLIANCE IS DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONAL USE BY TRAINED STAFF .
Instructions for the Installer 2. INST ALLING THE O VEN The oven is designed for free-standi ng installation on a horizontal w ork- top. It must be far enough from the wa ll behind it to allow easy access to the terminal board for conne ction of the power supply lead.
Instructions for the Installer 22 In case of connection to the electrical mains by means of so cket and pin, the connection must be compl eted with a three-pi n plug of suitable rating (25A), or, for operation at 380-415V2N ∼ or 380-415V3N ∼ , a five-pin plug (16A).
