6 22010A The handle is attached to the outer tube at the factor y and positioned ver tically . See Figur e 8A. Loosen the 4 socket-head cap screws on the handle and rotate the handle 90 degrees.
7 26013 F222 T rimmer Head Install the T rimmer Head. T ur n the trimmer over so that the gear case output shaft faces UP . Remove and discard the black plastic protective cap from the output shaft. See Figure 10. Rotate the holder until the hole in the holder aligns with the notch on the gear case.
8 XST013 IMPORT ANT! Mix only enough fuel for your immediate needs! If fuel must be stored longer than 30 days and oil with fuel stabilizer is not used, it should first be treated with a fuel stabilizer such as STA-BIL™.
9 Star ting the Engine (continued) WARNING! Never start the engine from the operating position. WARNING! The cutting attachment may rotate when the engine is started! W hen the Engine Star ts... After the engine star ts, allow the engine to war m up at idle 2 or 3 minutes before operating the unit.
