English 7 HOW T O COOK RICE Stir the rice before serving. Cooked rice can be kept warm f or up to 12 hours. 5 • Once the cooking is completed, the MENU lamp will go off. The KEEP WARM lamp will light and the cooker will automatically switch operation to keep the rice warm.
8 TIMER COOKING Cooking completes at a specific time by using timer function. TIMER BAKING • Mix all the ingredients in a separate bowl. • Coat the Inner Pot with oil or non stick spray. • Pour the mixture into the Inner Pot and place it into the main unit.
English 9 STEAMING FOOD Add approximately 1 1/2 measuring cups (300ml) of water. 1 • Use the provided measuring cup. 2 Press the STEAMING button. 4 • The STEAMING lamp will light and begin steaming.
English 10 MAKING SOUP REHEATING Place the ingredients and seasonings into the Inner Pot. Place Inner Pot into the main unit. 1 Press the PORRIDGE & SOUP button. 3 Close the Outer Lid and plug in the power cord into electrical outlet. 2 • The PORRIDGE & SOUP lamp lights and begins steaming.
English 11 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE MAIN BODY Wipe with a damp cloth. Cautions • Make sure to remove the Steam Vent first and then the Inner Lid. • Never pull the Inner Lid Seal while removing the Inner Lid. • Apply balanced force to pull from both sides to facilitate the disassembly.
