Installing the Product 2-2 2-2 Installing the Stand Before assemb ling the product, pla ce the product down on a flat and stab le surface so that the screen is facing downwards. Place a soft cloth over the table to prot ect the product and place the product onto the cloth so that the front of the product is facing downward s.
2-2 Installing the Product Disassembly is in the reverse order of the assembly. Push the adapter forward and then rotate fo llowing the arrow to get it out. Hold the base and thumbs press the stand body then pull out the base followin g the arrow. - Caution Avoid lifting the pro duct holding only the stand.
Installing the Product 2-3 2-3 Installing the Sta nd for the Wall Mount This product provides a stand mou nt of 100 mm x 100 mm / 100 mm x 200 mm(3.9 x 3.9 inches / 3. 9 x 7.9 inches) that complies with the VESA specifications. HAS stand 1. Turn the product off and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
2-4 Installing the Product 2-4 Connecting with a PC The connecting pa rt may differ de pending on th e product mo del. 1. Connect the product to a PC depending on the video output supported by the PC.
Installing the Product 2-4 Switches the Power On/O ff. When the product is connected to a PC, you can turn the product on and use it. 3. Connect the [AUDIO IN] port on the rear side of the monitor to the sound card of the PC. Connect your headphones to the Headpho ne connection terminal.

2-7 Installing the Product 2-7 Kensington Lock A Kensington Lock is an anti-the ft device that ena bles users to lock the pro duct so that they can safely use it in publi c locat ions.
Installing the Product 2-8 2-8 Connecting USB Applicable to the stand models that have USB ports only. You can use a USB device such as a mouse, keyboard, Memory Stick, or external hard disk drive by connecting them to the DOWN port of the mon itor without co nnecting them to the PC.

3-18 Using the product 3-18 Product Operating Buttons Product Operating Buttons • Press one of the buttons on the monito r. OSD Guide will appear on the screen. • If you press a button on the front of the monitor, an OSD Gu ide will display show ing the functio n of the button before the menu for the pressed button appears.

When viewing the screen at an ang le from below, abov e or the side of the mo nitor, by setting the appropriate mode for each position you can obtain a similar p icture quality as viewing the screen directly from the front.

MagicTune is a software program that helps with monitor adj ustmen ts by providing comprehensive descriptions of monitor functions and easy-to-understand guidelines. Users can adjust the product with the mo use and the keyb oard without using th e operatin g buttons of the product.
Installing the Software 4-2 3. In the [Add/Remove] window, find and select MagicTune™so th at it is highlighted. 4. Click [Change or Remove Programs] to remove the software. 5. Select [Yes] to start removing MagicTune™. 6. Wait until a message box appears informing you that the software has been remove d completely.
