R ecording English - 68 Making a Timer Rec ording XCV Check the antenna cable is connected. Check the remaining time of the disc. Check the date and time are c orrect. Make sure the Clock (Setup-Clock Set) must be set before you proceed with a timer r ecording .
R ecording English - 69 When you are r ecording at EP mode on a DVD-RW( V mode)/-R disc, it may not recor d the full 6 or 8 hours because the unit uses the VBR( Variable Bit Rate) ENC ODING system. For example , if you record a pr ogramme with a lot of ac tion, it uses a higher bit rate which in turn consumes mor e disc memory.
