A. Introduction Thank you for selecting the VBDV56, 5.6 inch Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Monitor. This Monitor is designed to enhance the VBP5000 Video In A Bag system. The connection of the Monitor is plug and play. The VBDV56 can be used as an additional monitor or to replace a lost or damaged monitor.

Option 1 Indoor Power (Refer to Figure 4) Using the AC/DC adapter supplied with the VBDV56, plug the connec- tor end into the DC 12V IN jack on the side of the Monitor. Plug the AC/ DC adapter into a 120V AC power receptacle. This can be done with the Monitor inside or outside the pouch.
Option 2 Vehicle Power (Refer to Figure 5) Figure 5 Using the supplied cigarette lighter adapter, plug the connector end into the DC 12V IN jack on the side of the Monitor.
Using the DIN cable supplied with the VBDV56, connect one end of the DIN cable to the Monitor Port (Input) located on the side of the Monitor. Connect the other end of the DIN cable to any Monitor Port (Output) on the VBP5000.
