11 GB Using the Auto Cook Feature(continued) The following table presents the various Au to Cook Programmes, quantities, standing times and approp riate recommendations. Programmes no 1 and 2 are running with m icrowave energy only. Programmes no 5 are running with a combination of microwa ves and convection.
12 GB Using the Auto Reheat Feature The five Auto Reheat( ) feature s provide four pre-programmed cooking times. You do not need to set either the cooki ng times or the p ower level. You can adjust the size of the serving by pressing the ( ) and ( ) buttons.
13 GB Using the Power Defrost Feature The Power Defrost ( ) feature enables you to defrost meat, poultry, fish, bread , cake and fruit. The defr ost time and powe r level are set automatically. You simply select the programme and the weight. ☛ Use only containers that are microwave-safe.
14 GB Using the Snack Feature With the Snack feature, the cooking time is set automatically. You can adjust the number of servings by pressing the( ) and ( ) button.
15 GB Multistage Cooking Your microwave oven can be program med to cook food in up to four stages (the Convectio n , Microwave+Convection and Fast Preheat mode can not be used in Multistage cooking). Exa mple: You wish to Power defrost food and cook it without having to re set the oven after each stage .
16 GB Cooking by Convection The convection mode enables you to cook food in the same way as in a traditional oven. The microwave mode is not used. You can set the temperature, as required, in a range v arying from 40°C to 250°C in eight preset levels.
17 GB Choosing the Heating Element Position The heating element is used when grilling. There is onl y one position listed. We need to tell co nsumers when it should be placed in the ve rtlcal position.
18 GB Combining Microwaves and Convection Combination cooking uses both microwave energy and convection heating. No preheating is required as the microwave energy is immedi ately available.
19 GB Switching the Beeper Of f You can switch the beeper off whenever you want. Using the Memory Cook Feature If you often cook or reheat the same types of dishes, you can store the cooking times and power levels in the oven’s memo ry, so that you do not have to reset them each other.
20 GB Cookware Guide To cook food in the microwave ov en, the microwaves must be able to penetrate the food, without bei ng reflected or absorbed by the dish used. Care must therefore be taken when choosing the cookware. If the cookware is marked microwave-safe, you do not need to worry.

The t urntable’s rotation ma kes the food brown more ev enly. Preheating the grill for 4 minutes will make the fo od brown more quickly.
