Features What is a network monitor? A network monito r can be used for the sam e purposes as a com mon monitor. I t also provides t he functionalitie s of most comp uters, such as an Internet conn ection, creatin g documents , editing images, via a co nnection to the host PC o ver the L AN.

MENU button [ ] Opens the OSD menu. Also use to exit the OSD menu o r return to the previous menu. Rea r The configu ration at th e back of the monitor ma y vary from product to prod uct. POWER IN por t Connect t he power cord fo r your monitor to the power po rt on the back of the monitor. VGA IN port Conne ct the signal cable to the 15-pin, D-su b port on the ba ck of your monitor.
USB (USB Conn ection Termi nal) Connect USB de vices such as a mo use, keyboard an d external storag e devices (DSC, MP 3, external storage, etc.). LAN (LAN Connecti on Termi nal) Connect when usin g it as a mo nitor. AUDIO IN Connect the a udio cable for your monitor to the audio p ort on the ba ck of your comp uter.
Connectin g Cables Connect to the host PC using a LAN cable Host PC Hub LAN Cable Monito r Connect the powe r cord to the power termina l at the back o f the monitor. Connect t he mouse and the keyboard t o the USB por ts. Connect the L AN port on th e back of the monitor an d the hub.

Usin g the Stand Tilt angle You can tilt the monitor screen forward to adjust th e angle to a particular angle. Swivel stand You can easi ly adjust the po sition of t he monitor scr ee n from right to left u sing the rotating stand. Rubber stubs are attach ed at the botto m of the mo nitor to help fix it to the installatio n location.
Monitor Mounting in terface pad ( Sold separatel y ) Turn off your monitor an d unplug its power cord. Lay the LCD moni tor face-down o n a flat surface with a cushion b eneath it to p rotect the screen. Remove four screws and t hen remove the stand from the LCD monitor.
What is XPe Client? A n Microsoft Windows XP Embedded(XPe ) client uses the Microsoft Windows XP Em bedded ope rating system. When an XPe client is co nnected to a Citrix ICA serv er or anothe r serve.
