Instructions for Use CONTROL P ANEL 1. Install the batteries as instructed in "Battery Installation and Battery Safety" on Page 5. 2. The weight reading will change according to the weight on the Electronic Scale. It may include the weight of the pr ovided Food T ray .

13 Helpful Hints The Food Slicer can be used to cut meat, cheese, vegetables or bread. 1. Roasts: Beef, pork, poultry and lamb -- Allow roasts to stand for 20 minutes after removing fr om the oven before slicing. 2. Bulk Bacon: W ith a sharp knife, remove the rind fr om "thoroughly chilled" bacon.
