About this microwa ve oven Microw aves are high-freq uency elect r o magnetic w av es similar to r ad io w aves. While radio wa ves ma y vary in length from one metre to many k ilometres, micr owa ves are very short (less than 12 .5 centimetres). Microw aves do not mak e an y heat themselves but only cause wat er molecules in food to vibra te.

12 T urn table installation ➢ Before first use, check that any securing tape has been removed from the glass tray and turnt able ring assembly. These p arts must never be restricted from rotating. ➢ Never place the gla ss tray upside down. ➢ Both the glas s tray and turn table ring asse mbly must always be used d uring cooking.
