4 DRYE R USE Star ting Y our Dr yer This booklet cov ers several different models. Y our dryer m ay not have all of the cycles and features described. Before using your dryer , wipe t he dryer drum with a damp cloth to remove dust from storing and shippi ng.
5 DRYER C A RE Cleaning the Dr yer Location Keep dryer ar ea clear and fr ee fr om items that would obstr uct the flow of combustion an d ventilation air . Cleaning the Lin t Screen Clean lint screen before each load. A screen blocked by lint can increase drying time.
6 V acation and Mo ving Care V acation care Operate your dryer only when you are at home. If you will be on vacation or not using your dryer for an extended period of time, you should: 1. Unplug dryer or disconnect power . 2. If you have a g as dryer , close shutoff valve in g as supply line.
7 ■ Is i t a g as dr yer? The gas valve cl icking is a n ormal operating sound. ■ Are the fo ur legs installed, and is the dryer level fr ont to back a nd si de to side? The dryer may vibrate if not properly installed. See th e Installation Instr uctions.
8 Loads are wrinkled ■ W as the load re moved fr om dryer at the end of the cycle ? ■ W as the dryer ove rloaded ? Dry smaller loads that can tumble freely . Odors ■ Have you recently been painting, staining o r varnishing in the ar ea wher e your dryer is locate d? If so, ventilate the area.

13 USO DE LA SEC ADORA Puesta en marcha de su secadora Este libro cubre varios mo delos diferentes. Puede ser que su secadora no cuente con todos los ciclos y caracter í sticas descritos. Antes de usar la secadora, limpie el tambor de la misma con un pa ñ o h ú medo par a quitar el polvo que se acumul ó durante el almacenaje y en v í o.
14 Para u sar el es tant e de seca do 1. Coloque el estante de secado en la secadora. Deslice las espigas trasera s dentro de las hendiduras que est á n en la pared posterior de la secadora. Baje las patas fro ntales para que descansen en la abertura de la secadora.
15 Eliminac ión de pelusa a cum ulada Del interior del g abinete de la seca dora Seg ú n el uso de la secadora, se debe quitar la pelusa cada 2 a ñ os, o con m á s frecu encia.
