S9 at a glance The S9 sy stem comprises the following elements: • S9 device • SlimLine air t ubing • 90W or 30W power supply unit • S9 tra vel bag • SD card • S9 SD card protective f older .
Setup 1. Connect the DC plug of the pow er supply unit to the rear of the S9. 2. Connect the pow er cord to the power supply unit. 3. Plug the other end of the pow er cord into the power outlet. 4. Connect one end of the air tubing firmly onto the air outlet.
*The Info and Setup menus are disabled if S9 Essentials has been enabled by your clinician. Key: Info menu Setup menu Push dial Start/Stop Climate Control Heated tube Ramp Humidity level Home Setup menu * Allows you to make changes to settings. Info menu* Allows you to view your sleep statistics.
1. F rom your home screen, turn until the RAMP screen is display ed in blue. 2. Press . The selection is highlighted in orange. 3. T urn until the ramp time you require is display ed.

Getting star ted 1. Make sure the po wer is connected. 2. Adjust the ramp time if required. 3. Fit your mask as described in y our mask user guide. 4. T o start therapy , simply breathe into the mask and/or press . 5. Lie down and arrange the air t ubing so that it is free to move if y ou turn in y our sleep.
Cleaning and maintenance Ref er to your mask and humidifier user guides f or det ailed instructions regarding the care of these devices. Daily Remo ve the air tubing b y pulling on the finger grips on the cuff . Hang it in a clean, dry place until next use.
SD card An SD card has been supplied to gather therapy data from your S9 de vice and provide set tings updates from your clinician. When instr ucted to do so, disconnect the S9 device from the pow er outlet, remove your SD card, insert it in the protective f older and send it to your clinician.
