AV1510D 3 Pre-installation 1. Press the metal levers on both sides to remove the half-sleeve from the radio. 2. Remove the plastic trim ring. 3. Install the half-sleeve. a. Install adapter if necessary (optional). b. Install half-sleeve into adapter or dashboar d (only use the supplied screws).
AV1510D 4 Wi r in g Wiring Connections 1. ANTENNA 2. POWER ANTENNA WIRE (blue) – Connect to a moto rized (power) antenna and/or to a remote turn-on lead for an amplifier . 3. CONST ANT POWER WIRE (yellow) – Connect the 12V PLUS constant power wire to a live 12 volt wire in the vehicle.

AV1510D 9 Remote Controls The A V1510D has two remote controls: A full- featured hand-held remote control, and a limited feature Kid Zone remote control for r ear seat passengers. Both remotes use a CR2025 Lithium battery . The battery compartment is located on the back of the remote control near the bottom edge.

AV1510D 40 T r oubleshooting Mechanical Errors If a mechanical error occurs while opening the T FT screen, the screen stops moving and beeps three times. If a mechanical error occurs while closing th e TFT screen, the screen beeps three times and returns to the previous position.
