5 Installation Introduction This sec tion deals with instal ling and conn ecting yo ur Rayma - rine HD-AC U which is compatib le with both 45 and 60 STV syste ms. 9 HD-A CU c onnection (no multis wit ch) T o connect the H D-ACU: 1. Install t he HD-ACU a ccording to the instru ctions detai led on page 8. 2. Connect on e end of th e Power/Data c able to th e antenna baseplat e, and one end to the AN TENNA port of the HD- ACU.

1 3 HD-A CU with multis witc h and DiSEq C supplier P ower sett ings When usin g DirecTV wit h a multiswitch and DiSEqC su pplier, the pow er setting for each o f the s atellites (DTV 101, DT V119, and DT V110) should be set to 18 V only. This is not the defaul t setting o n theHD-ACU .

1 5 Satellite switch ing The sate llite rece iver has th e ability to switch s atellites au tomati - call y using a DiSEqC si gnal. As you chang e channels on the television , the receiver will send a DiSEqC s ignal when another sate llite is requ ired.
