Set Up Instruct ions: 1. Setting Up The Tripod : To set up the tripod, Grasp the legs of the tripod, then pull each leg away from the cent er until it r eaches the first l ock position. Do this for each leg then ensu re the tripod is stable before relea sing it completel y on the ground.
Notes On Panning: For smooth consistent panning, the pan adjuster knob can be fined tuned by either tightening or loosening the knob until the right amount of resistance is o btained. Turning the knob clockwise will tighten it and make panning slow and firmer .
WARNING : There is a tipping risk for the fully extended tripods . This can be du e to moving the tripods while fully extended, things such as uneven surfaces or wind. To reduce the risk o f tipping over, we recommend placing one tripod leg facing the same direction as the camera or the heavy part of mounted equipment t o balance the weight.
