1 Mounting T ripod Kit Inst allation Manual For use with Davis’ s wireless and cab led V antage Pro2 weather stations, the Mounting Tripod simplifies installation. The tripod supports the Integrated Sensor Suite (ISS) or other station, and features an adjustable foot pad which enables mounting on le vel surfaces or roof peaks.
Tripod Assembly 2 T ools for Setup • Adjustable wrench • Compass or local area map • Drill with 3/16" or 13/64" (5 mm) bit for the 1/4" lag screws T ripod Assembly Follow the instructions below to assem ble the tripod.

Mounting the Tripod 5 When both sides of the ISS are mounted together with th e anemometer arm pointing north, the solar panel on the rain co llector side is facing south. In the Northern Hemisphere, this positions the solar panel for optim al exposure to the sun.
