It must be unrestricted while the appliance is in use to prevent room air starvation which causes smoke spillage.

The smoke will stop once the fire starts. 2. The convection blower will automatically turn on after your appliance has reached the set temperature on the “high” setting.

There are 2 purple wires connected to it. This snap disc turns the convection blower on and off as needed.
