15 3. Engage s pi ndle l ock (Fi gure 14) on t he m otor to k eep spindl e f rom turning. Use the wrench pr ovi ded to l oos en and rem o v e t he arbor bol t (NO TE: l e f t hand threads, t urn cl ockwise to loosen). See Fi gure 15. 4. Remove out er flange, blade, and inner fl ange.
16 A lig nment If the saw ev er needs r eali gnment, it should be perf ormed in the f ollowing or der : 1. Ali gn roll ers. 2. Ali gn guides perpendi c ul ar to rollers.
17 Step 2: Ali g n Guides Disco nnect saw from power sour ce be f ore a lig ning the gui des. If the saw does not cut at 90 degree s , the guides m ay not be per pendi cular t o the roll ers. Adj ust as f ollows : 1. Make sure t he r oll ers are aligned.
