10 ADJUSTING THE HAND LE WAR NI N G: When adjus ting the han- dle, be sur e it remains abov e the s afety label and below the mar k or arrow on the s haft. 1. Loos en wing nut on handle. 2. Rotat e the handle on the s haft to an up- right pos ition; r etighten wing nut.

16 ENGINE S Remov e spar k plug and pour 1 teaspoon of 40 :1 , 2- cycle engine oil (air c ooled) through the spar k plug opening. S lowly pull the star ter r ope 8 to 10 times to dis tribut e oil. S Replac e s park plug with new one of r ecom- mended type and heat range.
