1 C HAPTER 1 The LCD Monitor Your New Planar LCD Monitor! Your LCD monitor has b een designed to be versatile, ergonomic, and easy to use. The LCD monitor is capable of display ing most standards, from 6 40 x 480 VGA to 1280 x 1024 SXGA and an optional portr ait display mode.

Planar User’s Manual 8 Auto Adjust Proce d ure Pressing the Adjust key while the Auto Adjust topline m enu is selected, activa tes the Auto Adjust procedure. The Auto Ad just procedure takes approximately 2 second s to complete. Once fin ished, th e OSD m enu will disappear after a s hort time-out period.

Information: The Information submenu displays the current resolution, verti cal refresh rate, and moni tor firmware version. Exit: Press the Adju st button to e xit the Mi sc-Control su bmenu.
