Adjustment 23 1 .04.1 4 Stitc h length control eccentric Requirement When the needle (with maximum stitc h length set), coming from TDC, is 3 mm abov e the needle plate, the crank 3 must hav e reac hed its front point of rev ersal. ● Set the maximum stitc h length.
Adjustment 24 1 .04.1 5 Stitc h length scale disk Requirement When the stitc h length control device is engaged and the stitc h length is set at “ 0 ” , the marking line on scale disk 1 should be positioned opposite the low er edge 3 of the guard belt opening.
