Getting started RQT7125 4 Glossary Decoder A decoder restores the coded audio signals on DVDs to normal. This is called decoding. Dolby Digital This is a method of coding digital signals developed by Dolby Laboratories. Apart from stereo (2-channel) audio, these signals can also be multi-channel audio.

Simple setup RQT7125 10 QUICK SETUP The QUICK SETUP screen appears when you press [SHIFT]+ [SETUP] the first time after purchase and assists you to make necessary settings. You can access this screen again later if you need to ( A page 36, Others—QUICK SETUP).
11 Simple setup RQT7125 Setting the time A demonstration of the display is shown in standby mode if you have not set the clock. You can reduce the power consumed in standby mode by turning the demonstration off. While the DEMO display is shown Press and hold [ – DEMO] until “ NO DEMO ” is displayed.
