L This product is unable to make calls when: – the portable handset battery(ies) need recharging or have failed.

Prepar ation 7 Displays Display icons (located at the to p of the display) Note: L The current handset num ber is displayed next to the handset name on the display in st andby mode. Preparat ion 8 Connections Note: L Never install telephone wiring during a lightning storm. L The AC adaptor must remain connected at all times. (It is normal for the adaptor to feel warm during use.) L The AC adap tor should be connect ed to a vertically oriented or floor-mounted AC outlet.
