The BL-P A100A provides security to prev ent una uthori zed access to your netw or k. • Only ter minals that are registered to the master adaptor can communicate with the network.
6 Intr oduction Main unit (1) PLC Indicator Lights to indicate that th e adaptor is connected to the HD-PL C network. Fo r more information, see page 11. (2) LAN Indicator Lights when a LAN cable is connected to the adaptor , and flashes wh en data is being sent or received.

8 Installati on Placing the adaptors Refer to the inf or mation on page 4 when selectin g a location to place your adaptors. Note • If you ha ve purchased additional adaptors, make sure y ou hav e registered them to the master (see page 7) befor e placing them where you plan to use them.
