3 Operat ional N otes A Passport 8000 Seri es Chassi s with up to five in stall ed modules can operate with one insta lled power supply . For a redund ant power c onfiguratio n, instal l two power supplies. A Passport 8 010 Chassis with more t han six insta lled modul es requires a minimum of two power supplies for a nonr edu ndant conf igurati on.

8 9. Slide th e power sup ply all t h e way o ut of t he chassis, a nd set it aside. 10. Install a repl acement power supply foll owing the in structions earlier in this guide. If you are not inst alling an other power supply in t his bay , install a filler pa nel over the openin g.
