FP-AI-112 and cFP-AI-112 2 ni.com T o install the FP- AI-112, refer to Figure 1 and complete the follow ing steps: 1. Slide the terminal base key to either position X (used for an y module) or position 1 (used for the FP- AI-112). 2. Align the FP- AI-112 alignmen t sl ots with the guide rails on the terminal base.

FP-AI-112 and cFP-AI-112 4 ni.com Y ou can use an external power supply to po wer field de vices. Connect the positi ve lead of the e xternal power supply to both V terminals and the negat ive lead to both C termina ls. Ensure that the current through both V terminals can nev er exceed 2 A.
