3 Selecting and Pr eparing Y our Site: Before assemb ly , y ou will want to decide on a location f or your b uilding. The best location is a le vel area with good dr ainage. •Allow enough working space for ease of moving parts into position during assembly.
4 Safety precautions are important to follow throughout the construction of your building. •Care must be taken when handling various pieces of your building since some contain sharp edges. Please wear work gloves, eye protection and long sleeves when assembling or performing any maintenance on your build- ing.
Finish: F or long lasting finish, per iodically clean and wax the e xter ior surface. T ouch- up scratches as soon as you notice them on your unit. Immediately clean the area with a wire brush; wash it and apply touch-up paint per manuf acturer's recommendation.

S tep 1 BJ14 14 The door header reinforces the front wall and roof. It is made up of two pieces. 1 Positioning the door header as shown, attach a starter strip to head- er using four screws, where shown.

16 S tep 3 BJ16 The floor frame at the front of building is made up of two pieces. Proceed as follows: 1 Center the ramp on top of the front floor frame. Join the frames by in- serting four screws. 2 Place the floor frames on the foun- dation. Assemble the four corners of the floor frame using two screws at each corner as shown.
17 S tep 4 BK17 NOTE The remainder of the building assembly requires many hours. Do not continue beyond this point if you do not have enough time to complete the assembly today. A partially assembled building can be severely damaged by light winds. Each screw and bolt in the wall re- quires a washer.
S tep 5 BJ18 18 The main frame pieces give rigidity to the front and rear walls. 1 Fasten the rear wall angle across the top of the rear wall using four screws.
S tep 6 BK19 19 Each wall panel has a crimped rib on one side. The crimped rib should go under the rib of the panel that follows it. The rear header supports the rear wall and roof. 1 Fasten the wall panels at the top and bottom with screws. 2 Fasten overlapping ribs using two screws and a bolt with nut.
20 S tep 7 BJ20 1 Lift and fasten a right and left gable, under rear header, to the right and left hand wall with four screws. Join gables to header in the rear corners, using a screw. 2 Position roof rafters across width of building, under rear header, with tab on top of door header.
S tep 8 BK21 21 STEP 1 The door jambs reinforce the door opening and provide an attractive trim. Follow these steps for both door jambs. 1 Fasten a door jamb to the front corner panel with one bolt and nut as shown. 2 Fasten the top of the door jamb to the door header with two screws.
S tep 9 BJ22 22 STEP 1 Each screw and bolt in the roof re- quire a washer. NOTE Measure the building diagonally again and make adjustments to make sure the building is square. This will make the roof panel fit better, and holes will align. 1 Position roof panel on top and fas- ten to rear header, roof rafters and gables using screws.
23 S tep 10 BK23 Screw Driver Holder (1) 1 Fasten the mid wall frame across the middle of the rear wall using eight bolts and nuts. 2 Position a shelf inside mid wall frame and slide to the end of building. Fasten using bolts and nuts through panels. Repeat Step 2 for the opposite shelf.
