9 Inser t the b lade between the dr um and the set plate from the nozzle e xtraction side so that the blade will be centered from both ends of the drum or set plate. First tighten the eight installation bolts lightly and e venly shifting from the center bolts to the outward bolts with the sock et wrench.
10 Blade height adjustment Blade height adjustment is usually not necessar y . Howe ver , if you notice that the b lade edge is below the le vel of the rear base or protrudes too far from the rear base , proceed as fol- lows . Loosen the eight installation bolts and the set plate screws .
11 Nozzle assembly and joint (optional accessor y) Nozzle assembly and joint are used when connecting the tool to vacuum cleaner . When you wish to perf orm cleaner operation, connect a vac- uum cleaner to your tool. T o connect vacuum cleaner , remov e the chip guide from the tool.
