5 Inser t the bit all the wa y into the collet cone. Press the shaft lock to k eep the shaft stationary and use the wrench to tighten the collet nut securely . T o remove the bit, fo llow the installation procedure in rev erse. OPERA TION Set the tool base on the workpiece to be cut without the bit making any contact.
6 T emplet guide (optional accessor y) The templet guide provides a slee ve through which the bit passes, allowing use of the tool with templet patterns. T o install the templet guide, loosen the screws on the tool base, insert the templet guide and then tighten the screws.
