16 LDVR Series Direct Vent Gas Fireplace 10007317 V ertical Sidewall Installation STEP 1 Locate vent opening on the wall. It may be necessary to first position the fireplace and measure to obtain hole location. Depending on whether the wall is combustible or noncombustible, cut opening to size.
17 LDVR Series Direct Vent Gas Fireplace 10007317 STEP 6 Apply high temperature sealant to 4” (102 mm) and 7” (178 mm) collars or the termination one inch away from the end. Guide the vent terminationʼs 4” and 7” collars into their respective vent pipes.
