By connecting the unit to a broadband home network , you have access t o ser vices such as software updates, BD-LIVE interactivity and streaming services.
21 Installation Installation 3 Wired Network Setup If there is a DHCP ser ver on the local area network (LAN) via wired connection, this player will automatically be allocated an IP address . After making the physical connection, a small number of home networks may require the player’ s network setting to be adjusted.

After connecting the player to the home network, quick ly power o and/or disconnect the power cable of the home network router or cable modem.

NO TE When you select [24 Hz], you may experience some picture disturbance when the video switches video and lm material.

28 Installation Installation 3 DRC (Dynamic Range Control) When a content encoded in Dolby Digital or Dolby Digital Plus is playing back, you may wish to compress the dynamic range of the audio output (the di erence between the loudest sounds and the quietest ones).
