7. Attachthe Reflector onto Emitter Grid by using 4 of the 1/4" Spring Washers and 1/4" Wing Nuts provided. See Fig. 4. 8. Slide the Tank Cover through the Lower Post and onto the Weighted Base. See Fig. 5. 9. Lift the assembled Upper Post and insert the balance of the Fuel Hose through Lower Post.
