3 Safety W ar nings When using this product basic precautions should always be followed: • Read all the instructions before using the product. • High pressur e jets can be dangerous if subject to misuse. The jet must not be directed at persons, animals, electrical devices, or the machine itself.
4 IMPORT ANT PRECAUTIONS – continued W ater Supply (Cold Water Only) • W ater hose must be at least 1/2 inch or 5/8 inch in diameter . • Flow rate of water supply must not fall below 2 GPM (gallons per minute). • Flow rate can be determined by running the water for one minute into an empty 5-gallon container .
5 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS Step 1 Connect the high pressur e hose to the high pressur e outlet. Step 3 Connect the garden hose to the water inlet. Step 5 Plug the power cord into the power outlet. T rigger the gun to eliminate trapped air , wait for a steady flow of water to emerge fr om the spray nozzle.

7 WORKING WITH DETERGENTS Step 1 Install the W ash brush or Quattro nozzle. T urn Quattro Nozzle to Low pressur e position. Rotate the spray lance in the direction of “ ” until reaching the stop. Note : No detergent in high-pressure mode Detergents can only be applied at low pressure.
8 Step 5 Disconnect the high pressure hose from the high pr essure outlet. Step 1 Pull trigger down (A) and engage gun safety lock (B). 1. Disconnect all water connections. 2. T urn on the machine for a few seconds , until the water which had remained in the pump exits.
9 WINTERIZING AND LONG-TERM STORAGE – continued 5) Cleaning the water inlet filter Pull out the water in- let filter with flat-nose pliers and rinse out in warm water. Maintenance The unit is mainte- nance-free. 6) Cleaning the detergent inlet filter Pull it out and rinse out in warm water.

11 TROUBLESHOOTING Disconnect the machine from the power source before making any repair . Symptom Motor will not start Unit does not reach high pressure Output pressure varies high and low Cause On/Off switch is in the “OFF” (O) position. Power cord is not plugged in.
12 TROUBLESHOOTING – continued Solution Dilute detergent. T ur n quattro nozzle tip to low pressur e position. Blow out or remove debris with a fine needle. Insert the quattr o nozzle into the trigger gun. Carefully pr ess in against the spring tension and twist into the locked position.
