USING Y OUR KAMBROOK OMELETTE MAKER Befor e first use remo ve an y pr omotional labels and wipe the plates down with a damp cloth, then wipe dr y . Brush the wells in the Cooking plates with oil. Close the Omelette Mak er . Plug the Omelette Mak er into a 230/240 volt pow er outlet and switch the pow er on, the Indicator light will illuminate.
Freshl y ground black pepper Combine the omelette ingredients and whisk until aerated, pour into the cooking wells, not exceeding the maximum le vel. Cook for appr o ximately 9-10 minutes or until the omelette has risen and cook ed through, r emov e with a plastic spatula.
Caution: When reusing your Omelette Mak er for repeated poaching ensure you turn off the Omelette Mak er to cool slightly before adding additional water to the hot cooking surf ace .
