1. Ready in just 3 steps ! 1) Press the “MOD E” button u ntil “STEP” appe ars on the right side of the display. 2) Press and ho ld the “RESE T” button unti l the displa y shows zero. 3) Position the P E101S as upr ight as possible on your bod y at hip height.

3. How to wear the pedometer correctl y The PE101S is e quipped w ith a digital m ovem ent detector that m easures ever y movement, a lso your steps , disregarding th e position of the device.
4. Select a function Repeatedl y press the "MO DE" button until you hav e reached the desired f unction. You may choose between following 4 func tions: - Time - Step counter - Distance - Calorie consumpt ion After `Calorie C onsum ption´ the first f unction (tim e) is displayed aga in.

Deleting the st ep counter To delete accum ulated dat a press and ho ld the RESET button in this m ode for 2 s econds or until th e value changes to zero. All records will be deleted inc luding the calcu lated dist ance and ca lories displa yed.
4.4. The function KC AL The calculatio n of calories consum ed requires the inp ut of your weight in k g. Setting your w eight: - Press M ODE , until you se e KCAL on the ri ght of the display.
