7 Connecting your Monitor for Analog Be sure to read the ‘Safety Information’ at the front o f this User Guide before carrying out this procedure. 1. T urn off your computer and all att ached devices. 2. Co nnect the signal cable to the vide o port on the back of your computer .
8 Connecting your Monitor for Digit al 1. T urn off your computer and all att ached devices. 2. T ilt monitor all the way forward. 3. Co nnect the DVI connector at the end of the DVI-D signal cable (shipped w ith your Mo ni tor) to the DVI port located on the back of the Monitor .

10 Device Driver Inst allation Use the User's Guide and Installation Files CD that comes with your monitor to install th e appropriate device driver for your operating system.

22 Image Setup Automatic Activates automatic image adjustment. Controls Locked Manual •C l o c k • Phase Use the or button to adjust away the interference. If satisfactory results are not obtained using the Phase adjustment, use the Clock adjustment and then use Phase again.
23 Options Information Shows resolution, refresh rate, and product details. Note: This screen does not allow any changes to the settings. Same as Analog Language The language chosen affects only the language of the OSD. It has no effect on any software running on the computer .

A small number of missing, discolored, or lig hted dots may be present on the screen, which is an intrinsic characteristic of the TFT LCD techno logy and is not an LCD defect.
