Remov e the wire connectors that c onnec t the wires from the c eiling to the fan, leaving the grounding wires c onnec ted .

If Dimming Mode is on, turn off Dimming Mode. If the problem is not corrected , unpair and re-pair the device with Dimming Mode disabled.
