Page 6 SKU 91815 21. Many saw accidents are caused by dull, badly set, and improperly filed cutting blades; gum or resin adhering to the cutting blade; and by sa w blade misalignment with the f ence. Such conditions can cause the stock to stic k, jam, stall the saw b lade, or kic k back at the oper ator .

Page 8 SKU 91815 2 . The grounding prong in the plug is connected through the green wire inside the cord to the grounding system in the tool. The green wire in the cord must be the only wire connected to the tool’ s grounding system and must ne v er be attached to an electrically “live” terminal.
Page 9 SKU 91815 6 . If you are using an e xtension cord outdoors , mak e sure it is marked with the suffix “W - A” (“W” in Canada) to indicate it is acceptable for outdoor use. 7 . Make sure your extension cord is properly wired and in good electrical condition.

Page 11 SKU 91815 Assembling the Saw to the Stand Caution: The T able Sa w body is very heavy and needs tw o people to lift. Use care when lifting. Failure to compl y may cause serious injury and damage to equipment. 1. With the help of another person, carefully lift the sa w body out of the shipping bo x and set on the ground.
Page 12 SKU 91815 Extension Wing Assembly 1. Bolt the right Extension Wing (76) to the T ab le (22) with three 5/16” x 1” Hex Cap Bolts (75), 5/16 x 23mm Flat W ashers (45), and 5/16” Lock W ashers (39). Ref er to Figures E and F , below . Hand tighten enough to hold the wing in place and allow f or adjustment.

Attach the F ront Rail brac kets (72 and 69) to the T ab le (22) with only three 1/4” x 3/4” He x Screws (29), 1/4” Lock W ashers (14), and 1/4” Flat W ashers (2). See Figures F and G. Hex Scre ws (29) should be placed hor izontally in appro ximately the center of the slot.
Page 14 SKU 91815 8 . Before attaching the short Front Rail (72) to the left Extension Wing (76), place the Switch Plate (79) behind the lip of the left Extension Wing and line up the holes in the Switch Plate and the Extension Wing.
Page 15 SKU 91815 Assembling the Blade Guard and Splitter 1 . Inser t the blade guard support Shaft (33) and Lock W asher (34) into the curved slot at the rear of the saw Cabinet (57). Screw in the Shaft cloc kwise using an open-end wrench until securely tightened.
Page 16 SKU 91815 5 . While holding the Fence Body (50) in place, move the Fence so that it is exactly parallel to the miter fixture slot the entire length of the Fence. 6 . Tighten the four Hex Cap Bolts (38). Check the final alignment. If out of parallel, loosen the bolts and realign.
Page 17 SKU 91815 Miter Gauge Adjustment Always check to see that the Miter Gauge is accurate at 90 degrees before cutting. 1 . T o check the alignment, place the Miter Gauge in the T able slot so that the Miter Gauge body is flush with the T able edge .

Place the stock to be cut next to the Saw Blade and adjust the Saw Blade height to 1/8” to 1/4” above the thickness of the stock. 3 . Lo w er the Blade Guard (10), making sure that the Anti-kickbac k P awls are f acing backw ard and sitting on the T able .
