GROUNDING W ARNING! GROUNDED T OOLS: T OOLS WITH THREE PRONG PLUGS 1. T ools marked with “Grounding Required” ha ve a three wire cord and three prong grounding plug.

They ha v e a special double insulation system which satisfies OSHA requirements and complies with the applicable standards of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.
6. If you are using an e xtension cord outdoors , make sure it is marked with the suffix “W -A” (“W” in Canada) to indicate it is acceptab le f or outdoor use. 7. Make sure y our e xtension cord is proper ly wired and in good electr ical condition.

For a cloc kwise rotation, mov e the F orward/Re v erse Button to the right . For a countercloc kwise rotation, mov e the F orward/Re v erse Button to the left .
1. Bef ore installing the Sock et (49), make sure the Battery (30) is remov ed from the Impact Wrench to a void accidental star ting. Then, fir mly inser t and lock in place the Sock et onto the 1/2” Impact Head of the tool. 2. Whene ver possib le, secure the w or k piece in place, using a vise or clamps (not included).

Alwa ys turn the T rigger Switch (21) to its “OFF” position, and unplug the Charger (48) fr om its electrical outlet before perf orming any inspection, maintenance, or c leaning. 2.
