Double Insulated tools can use either a two or three wire extension cord. 2. As the distance from the supply outlet increases, you must use a heavier gauge extension cord.

Loosen the He x Bolt (136), and mo ve the Miter ing Vise Plate (138) to the threaded hole position. Adjust the Miter ing Vise Plate to the desired angle as indicated by the Angle Scale (165).

Raise the Sa w Head to its full v er tical position, making sure it loc ks in position by tur ning the Support Plate (150) to the r ight until it firmly locks into the Body F r ame (60) and inser ting the Locking Pin (153).

The Right Blade Guide Bracket (90) and Left Blade Guide Bracket (102) are adjustable by loosening the Guide Adjusting Knob (45) and sliding the Brack ets up or down to accomodate the depth of the workpiece.
