Step 7) Attach each of the f our (4) Axle Caps (from Bag par t K) to the Axles. Step 8) Inser t the lower par t of the Handle (par t B) into the Steer ing Assembly (par t J). Slide the 2-5/8” Bolt into the Assemb ly and through the Handle so that it e xits the other side of the Assembly .
