If you discover the machine is damaged after you have signed for delivery, please immediately call Customer Service at (570) 546-9663 for advice. Save the containers and all packing materials for possible inspection by the carrier or its agent.

G8027 1 HP Dust Collector -15- Ge ne ra l The Model G8027 is designed to be a single- machine dust collector. Locate the dust collec - tor where it will not interfere with the workpiece being processed, and no more than 10' of ducting is used, otherwise the CFM will be reduced.
-16- G8027 1 HP Dust Collector Ensure that the entire system is grounded. If using plastic blast gates to direct air flow, the grounding wire must be jumped ( Figure 15 ) around the blast gate without interruption to the grounding system. Figure 15. G8027 1 HP Dust Collector -17- Once assembly is complete and adjustments are done to your satisfaction, you are ready to test run the machine. Turn on the power supply at the main panel. Turn the dust collector ON . Make sure that your finger is poised on the toggle switch just in case there is a problem.
