Operation 311322K 9 Safety Stop The GAP Pro gun has a 2-position saf ety stop . When engaged, it pre v ents accidental trigger- ing of gun. When disenga ged, it allows gun to dispense. 1. T o engage the safety stop, push in and tur n the saf ety stop knob clockwise .
Operation 10 311322K Air Hose Configurations The GAP Pro Gun has two possib le air hose configurations . In the standard configuration, the air connection is at the base of the handle. In the optional configurat ion, the air connection is at the rear of the gun.
Operation 311322K 11 Initial Set Up 1. Close both manual v alv es . 2. Engage saf ety stop . 3. Install f emale quick disconnect fitting on air hose, which is b undled with fluid supply hoses. 4. Connect A-isocyanate hose (red-taped) to fitting on A-side bloc k.

Repair 18 311322K 8. Pull saf ety stop until it and attached end cap come free from air cylinder . Be sure to retain piston spring, located inside cylinder . 9. Inspect end cap o-ring and remov e if dam- aged. Lightly coat new o-ring with Lubri- plate grease and install on end cap .
