Setup 8 311053H Setup Air Line and Accessory Recommendations 1. Install an air pressure r egulator on th e gun cylinde r air supply line. A minimum of 70 psi (0.4 9 MPa, 4.9 bar) air pres- sure must be supp lied to the cylinder f or proper operat ion.
Setup 311053H 9 Manif olds 288219 and 288220 6. In a circulating system , connect an electr ically con- ductiv e fluid hose to the gun fluid outlet (G) . In a non-circulat ing system , remov e the gu n fluid outlet fitt ing (G) and plug the outlet port with the pipe plug (109 ) supplied.

Operation 311053H 11 Operation Pressure Relief Pr ocedure 1. Shut off the po wer to the pump . 2. T urn off the air and fluid supply to the gun. 3. Close the b leed-type master ai r v alve (required in the system). 4. T r igger the gun into a g rounded metal waste con - tainer to reliev e the fluid pre ssure.
