Installation 313212A 3 Installation Location Install the gun flush box mod ule enclosure (1) within 15 ft (4.5 m) of the RoboM ix, to ensur e that the c able (23) will reach the RoboMix. The mo dule is approv ed f or use in a hazardous loca tion. See F IG .
Installation 4 313212A Install the Cable 1. Loosen the capt ive scre ws and remo ve the front cov er from the en closure. 2. The ca ble (23) has bare wires at both end s. Thread the shor test end ( 4 in. [102 mm ]) into the en closure through the str ain relief bushing (7) .
Installation 313212A 5 Install the Air Flow Switc h NO TE: The GFB Interf ace Module Kit does not include an air flow s witch (AFS). The AFS is supplied with the gun flush bo x kit. Install th e AFS in the interf ace module as follo ws. 1. Each gun flush bo x kit includes one air flo w s witch (AFS).
Installation 6 313212A Install the Pressure Switch NO TE: The GFB Interf ace Mo dule Kit does not include a pressure s witch (PS). The pressu re swit ch is supplied with the gun flush bo x kit. In stall the pressure s witch in the interf ace module as f ollows.
Installation 313212A 7 Install the Solenoid NO TE: The GFB Interf ace Mo dule Kit does not include a solenoid (SO). The solenoid is supplied with the gun flush bo x kit. Install the solenoid in the interf ace module as follo ws. 1. Each gun flush bo x kit includes one so lenoid (SO).
