16 Ceramic glass in tegrated cookin g hob GB IE MT Dear customer! The built-in cera mic-glass cooktop is intende d for household use only . Materials used for packaging are nature f riendly and may be recycled, dep osited or de stroyed w ithout any threats to the environment.
17 Important warnings The appliance may be built-in an d connected to the power supply only by a qu alif ied techni cian. Particular areas of t he cooktop surface (adjacen t to the hotplates) are hot during operation. Prevent the children to hang around the appliance and warn them properly against the danger of burns.

19 Ceramic-glass cooktop is equipped with four hotplates designed as cooking zone s. The surface of the hob is flat, without any edges for eventual ga thering of dirt. Hotplates quickly reach the selected heating power while the adjacent area aroun d the hotplate s remains cool .
20 The cooking zone may be damaged: if it is left in operation without any c ookwa re being placed on top, or if cov ered with empty cookw are; if improper cookware is used: unevenly flat bottom or small diameter (trad itional T urkish cof fee kettle).
21 Hob con trols CONTROL PAN EL During t ime period, when the sensors are adapting to the extern al conditions: Do not put objects on their surface as the failure mode could be activated . Keep alw ays the sensor s' surface clean. Do not expose them to excessive light , as f or instance halogen la mp or direct sunlight et c.
22 THE SETTIN G UP OF CAPAC ITY LEVEL WITH PREHEA TING FUNCTION: It is used for simplification of cooking with faster bringing of food in boiling with f ull capaci ty level f ollow ed with automatic switching to selec ted lower capacit y level. Activate the corresponding cooking zone .
23 SWITCHIN G OFF OF COOKING ZON E Activate the corresponding cooking zone . The cooking zone is switched off with synchronous pressing of sensors D (+) a nd C (-) or witch pressing of sensor C (- ) up to achieving of „0“ capacity level .
24 DEACTIVATION - SWITCHIN G OFF OF CHILD LOCK Switch on the hotplate w ith pressin g of sensor „B“. The display s go on show ing the symbol "L ". Up to 3 seconds press simultaneously the sensors „+“ a nd „ - “ and thereafter the sensor „ - “.

27 Installation procedure Wor ktop must be pla c ed absolu tely horizo ntal. Suitably prote ct the edges of the cut aper ture. Screw the attached fixing elements 4 with attached s crew s 4 on the right and the left panel of the hob to the already prepared hole in the opening.
28 The appliance is m anufac tured for connection to the AC 230V mains pow er . The electric wiring should be equippe d with a c ircuit breaker able to isolate the appliance f ro m the mains in all points, with the distance betwee n terminals of at least 3 mm in open position.
29 Connection may be carried out b y me ans of: • rubber c oated c onnection cables, m odel H05 RR -F 3x1,5 with yellow -green earthing cable; • PVC insulated connection cables, m odel H05 V V -F 3x1,5 with yellow -green earthing cable; or an y other suitable cables.
